About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development & Trading to join our dynamic team at PT Singapura Freshgreen Makmur. This full‑time role will be based in Central Jakarta. As the Head of Business Development & Trading, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic growth initiatives and expanding our trading operations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new sales opportunities
• Lead the trading team to negotiate favorable contracts and manage client relationships
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and expansion
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to the sales and trading teams to maximize revenue and profitability
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives
