A leading financial institution in Indonesia seeks a Division Head of Integration & Solution Support to lead system integration and support Open Banking and EDC services. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in banking or fintech, possesses strong leadership and communication skills, and is proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and compliance of digital payment systems.
We are looking for a Division Head of Integration & Solution Support to lead end-to-end system integration, solution design, and production support for Open Banking and EDC services. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration between business, technology, partners, and regulators, while maintaining system stability, scalability, and compliance across digital payment ecosystems.
The position requires strong leadership, deep understanding of banking integration architecture, and hands‑on experience in managing mission‑critical payment systems.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or payment systems, with:
Strong understanding of:
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
