We are looking for an experienced Marker Leader to lead and control marker making activities to ensure fabric efficiency and smooth cutting process in garment production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise marker team activities (manual and/or CAD marker)
• Prepare and review markers according to production plan and order requirements
• Ensure marker accuracy, fabric utilization, and efficiency targets are achieved
• Coordinate with Cutting, Production, and Planning teams regarding marker needs and changes
• Check fabric width, pattern placement, grain line, and matching requirements
• Control marker revisions and ensure timely completion
• Maintain marker documentation and records
• Support continuous improvement in marker efficiency and cutting accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Marker / Marker Leader in the garment industry
• Strong understanding of garment pattern, marker making, and fabric utilization
• Experience using CAD marker systems (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or similar)
• Leadership and team coordination skills
