Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts through robust automation strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable automated testing frameworks to ensure the high quality and performance of our proprietary software products (Web and Mobile applications).

Key Responsibilities :

• Automation Strategy: Lead the definition and execution of the end-to-end automation strategy, selecting appropriate tools and technologies.
• Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive, scalable, and reusable automated testing frameworks (e.g., E2E, API, Performance).
• Scripting & Execution: Write, execute, and refactor automated test scripts using relevant programming languages.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze test results, identify and document defects (bugs), and track them to resolution using tools like Jira.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on best automation practices and standards.

Requirement :

• Have minimum 4-5 years of dedicated experience in QA at IT Company, with a strong emphasis on Test Automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Deep practical experience with industry-standard E2E testing tools/frameworks (Katalon, Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Expertise in automating REST/SOAP API testing using tools like Postman, Rest-Assured, or similar libraries.
• Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD workflows.
• Good working knowledge of SQL for data validation and test setup.
• Proficient with Git (version control) and Jira (issue tracking).
• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps principles
• Have a exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; Proactive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills and Ability to take ownership of quality processes and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Prefer Experience with Mobile Automation (e.g., Katalon; Apium, Selenium).
• Value Plus if Have a knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter) ; ISTQB or similar QA certification
