As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality management systems, conducting audits and inspections, and collaborating across departments and suppliers to maintain Mazda’s rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and monitor Mazda’s Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
2. Conduct inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with production quality standards.
3. Analyze quality-related issues using RCA, FMEA, and other quality tools.
4. Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) efforts with production teams.
5. Monitor quality KPIs and identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure consistent part/component quality.
7. Liaise with the Mazda mother plant for quality-related coordination.
8. Support new model launches by ensuring all pre-production quality checks are in place.
9. Provide technical support and training to internal teams and suppliers.
10. Drive a continuous improvement culture through Kaizen initiatives.
11. Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QMS, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting audits (internal or supplier-based).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of lean manufacturing is a plus.
