Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all functions of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Inspection within all technical mechanisms of quality management, which include supervision, planning, coordination, and process control, align with determined targets.
• Ensure field Quality activities support the achievement of defined standards.
• Ensure Quality processes are conducted safely and hygienically, including the proper use, maintenance, modification, and procurement of equipment within the Quality department.
• Ensure operational expenditure aligns with budget planning by identifying needs, calculating, planning the budget, and monitoring budget usage in the Quality department.
• Ensure that the products manufactured by the company meet established standards, and analyze production and quality data to propose improvements in the production process.
• Supervise and evaluate the implementation of company policies regarding risk assessment, especially those related to laboratory management and the implementation of the quality management system, by ensuring raw materials up to finished products comply with standards and pass micro-testing (Quality Inspection).
• Supervise and evaluate the implementation of company policies regarding risk assessment, especially those related to quality, by ensuring all processes from raw material receiving, processing, and finished products comply with defined quality standards (Quality Control).
• Guarantee operational activities run without workplace accidents by identifying risks, planning preventive actions, and monitoring the implementation of EHS policies (Environmental, Health, and Safety).
• Develop teams related to productivity in the relevant department by identifying organizational and human resource needs, organizing the team (setting objectives, evaluating performance, measuring competence, and developing and motivating employees through training and coaching).

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position (FMCG Industry)
• Strong and high experience in process audit, internal and external audit for ISO, HACCP, GMP, 5S (or 5R), and Halal standards
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management System & Health, Safety, and Environment Program.
• Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, open, talkative, patient, professional yet approachable, and careful personality.
• Willingness to be based in Karawang Barat.
