About the Role:

As an Associate Product Manager for our Thyroid product portfolio, you will be accountable for the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance product visibility, drive sales growth, and improve patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include establishing marketing strategies encompassing product direction, pricing, expense budgets, and profit plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful promotion of thyroid product portfolio.

Strategy Implementation
  • Gather data on market conditions, epidemiology, and customer needs to formulate effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for comprehensive analysis.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to guide tactical planning.
  • Develop forecasts based on patient dynamics and market segmentation.
  • Coordinate essential activities such as advisory boards and conferences.
  • Track implementation progress against market growth and share metrics.
  • Oversee forecasting and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor project performance relative to budgets and timelines.
  • Utilize IQVIA results and other resources for product performance insights.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and the company policies.
Portfolio & Sales Management
  • Establish and maintain profitable products aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning within the market.
  • Collaborate with business development teams for new product launches.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and treatment trends.
  • Identify marketing opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
  • Adjust business and marketing plans based on new insights.
  • Present competitor analysis and develop strategies for handling objections.
Relationship Management
  • Provide validated product information through collaboration with various teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) through engagement activities.
  • Ensure effective management of operational relationships.
  • Maintain connections with external stakeholders and support regional cooperation in business development.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Economics, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
  • Significant professional experience of approximately 3-5 years in a relevant field.
  • A strong sense of accountability, with the expectation to own tasks and proactively communicate progress and challenges.
