What you’ll do
  • Design, implement, and evaluate marketing activities for assigned products within a specific product line
  • Develop and manage distribution channel solutions, which may include digital, social media, and inside sales channels
  • Assist in reviewing marketing programs and recommend or implement improvements
  • Support the analysis of market data to identify key drivers and opportunities within target segments
  • Collaborate with promotional and direct-to-consumer teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution
Essential for the role
  • Apothecary Degree or Bachelors Degree in Science.
  • Minimum5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical brand management with good track record of effective implementation of plan and campaign
  • In depth understanding of the Oncology patient experience from diagnosis throughout the rest of their journey
  • Demonstrable Strategic and tactical approach within Oncology therapy area.
  • Clear evidence of innovation leading to success
  • Strong focus on effective decision making and results
  • Able to work cross-functionally especially with sales team to develop specific plan to address different challenges at customer level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, organized, results oriented and independent
  • Broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business
