Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related to position qualification
• Prior experience in the position at 5-star hotel or equal
• Fluent spoken & written in English
• Hands‑on leadership and committed to team building and collaboration
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Hotel pre-opening experience is highly desirable
