• Monitor video performance (views, likes, engagement) and solve publishing issues quickly.
• Proofread and localize subtitles to match cultural context and reading habits.
• Increase video reach and followers by joining trending topics and engaging in comments.
• Collect and report user feedback to the operations team.
• Support daily account operations and reply to user messages.
• Suggest localized content ideas based on audience trends.
• Assist the Operations Manager in analyzing results and improving performance.

Job Requirements

• Native Southeast Asian resident, familiar with local culture and online trends.
• Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and the local language.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or short video operations (TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Skilled in video publishing, data tracking, and engaging with followers.
• Able to proofread subtitles in Chinese and local languages with accurate grammar and translation.
• Understands how to increase exposure through optimized titles, covers, and tags.
