Job Title: BGM Sales & Channel Development Executive

ARKRAY, a healthcare company based in Japan, is seeking a sales professional to engage local customers in Indonesia with its top‑of‑the‑line medical products. ARKRAY has been contributing to the health and well‑being of people and animals worldwide for more than 65 years and is currently expanding in Indonesia. Leverage your sales skills and influence the health of people and animals in Indonesia!

Responsibilities
  • Develop new distribution channels for BGM (Blood Glucose Meter) in both OTC and hospital markets.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing, promotional, and sales strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Build partnerships with medical institutions and sales partners; conduct market analysis and leverage multi‑channel promotional activities including digital marketing.
  • Follow up and coordinate all field activities during the pre‑ and post‑sales process of ARKRAY equipment.
  • Provide ARKRAY management with market trends and competitive field activity information to support territory strategies and react quickly to competitive actions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks such as daily reports, forecasts, customer data updates, and expense reports.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (S1 or S2) preferably in Biology, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Analyst, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in the medical devices field for sales & channel development.
  • Able to operate MS‑Office and effectively demonstrate ARKRAY products.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate business English writing and speaking skills.
Location

Jakarta, Indonesia – handling customers across the entire country.
