Create & Curate

Plan, shoot and publish visual content that stops the scroll—from Reels and TikToks to stylish Instagram Stories.

Be the on-camera muse for INESSA, bringing brand energy to life.

Work with the Creative team to maintain that signature feel: elevated, effortless and refined.

Explore new formats and visual styles: think bold but wearable.

Strategize & Analyze

Develop social media strategies that raise brand awareness, deepen engagement and drive conversions.

Dive into analytics—track what works (and what doesn’t), then iterate.

Stay ahead of trends: you know what’s coming, before it comes.

Engage & Connect

Own the content calendar—from ideation to posting—ensuring consistent brand voice and timely delivery.

Craft captions that sound like you’re talking to a friend, while still reflecting INESSA’s refined aesthetic.

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and tags—building real community, not just numbers.

Collaborate across Marketing, Creative and Sales teams to align social with broader business goals.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation (ideally within fashion or lifestyle).

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social-first storytelling.

Proficient with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite.

Analytical mindset: you can read dashboards and turn insights into action.

Confident on camera and comfortable leading shoots.

A team player: you thrive in cross-functional environments and tight deadlines.
