Job summary
A leading fintech company in Jakarta Utara seeks an experienced professional for partnerships and business development. This role requires a minimum of 5–10 years in related fields, proven experience in handling strategic partnerships, and strong communication skills. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's being a plus. Ideal applicants are data-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments, contributing to effective sales strategy implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Sales Strategy, or related roles.
- Proven experience handling strategic/enterprise-level partnerships.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
Skills
Education
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Sales Strategy, or related roles.
- Proven experience handling strategic / enterprise-level partnerships (B2B, corporate, government, BUMN preferred).
- Strong understanding of commercial models, revenue sharing, GMV-based partnership, and negotiation strategy.
- Experience in fintech, payment gateway, e-wallet, financial services, or technology industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high accountability.
- Data‑driven mindset; able to analyze performance and make strategic recommendations.
- Leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
