Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Sales Strategy, or related roles.
• Proven experience handling strategic / enterprise-level partnerships (B2B, corporate, government, BUMN preferred).
• Strong understanding of commercial models, revenue sharing, GMV-based partnership, and negotiation strategy.
• Experience in fintech, payment gateway, e-wallet, financial services, or technology industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high accountability.
• Data‑driven mindset; able to analyze performance and make strategic recommendations.
• Leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
