1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience, with proven track record in leasing and property management, preferably in the MICE or commercial real estate industry.
3. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable leasing agreements and maintain positive tenant relationships.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities, evaluate tenant requirements, and make informed leasing decisions.
