Job summary

A leading agricultural services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for several PTs. Responsibilities include processing monthly payroll data, validating payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in HRIS applications. This role is essential for maintaining accurate payroll operations within a growing organization committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Min 2-years of experience as Payroll Specialist.
• Experience with payroll for multiple PTs preferred.
• Understanding of local government regulations regarding Pph21.

Responsibilities

• Key in, process and validate monthly payroll data.
• Handle payroll-related reports like annual Pph21 and Actuary reports.
• Process employee movements and update data timely.

Job description

Key in, process and validate monthly payroll data for several PTs accurately in timely manner.

Key in, process and validate monthly BPJS TK (eSIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (eDABU), PPh21 (CoreTax) for several PTs accurately in timely manner.

Key in, process and validate annual Pph21 report dan Actuary report for several PTs.

Process employee movement monthly and ensure all employee’s data has been updated accurately in timely manner.

Participates in payroll system change/upgrades and implementations for process improvements, if any.

Other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

You will demonstrate the following requirements:

Min 2-years of hands-on payroll operations experience as Payroll Specialist in corporation or consulting/Payroll outsourcing organizations.

Detailed oriented with high interest and ability to work with numbers with high accuracy in timely manner.

Excellent skills in operating Excel.

Experience in operating Payroll HRIS/application, such as SAP Payroll etc., CoreTax, eSIPP, eDabu is required.

Experience in handling payroll of several PTs, and working with Shared-services center is beneficial.

Understanding of local government regulation on payroll related matters, including Pph21.

Able to handle confidential information with high care and maturity.

Resourceful, resilient, and get things done in timely manner.

Keen learner, high interest to learn new subjects.

Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
