Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily production activities for injection molding processes.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.

  • Monitor and improve production efficiency, scrap rates, and cycle times.

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and resolve non-conformities.

  • Manage and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

  • Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.

  • Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with engineering for mold validation and process optimization.

Job Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years in injection molding production, preferably in medical device manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of medical-grade plastics, cleanroom operations, and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA).

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
