Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced‑level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for building systems (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil).
  • Provide technical supervision and guidance to technicians on‑site.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning maintenance activities and assigning tasks.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance according to SOP and service schedules.
  • Diagnose complex issues and perform detailed inspections on equipment.
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
  • Ensure tools, spare parts, and equipment are available and in good condition.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards and report any risks or hazards.
