Job summary

A national defense services company in Indonesia is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all maintenance activities and ensure operational efficiency of facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in facilities or building management, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and knowledge in MEP and utilities. This role demands excellent coordination with contractors and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities or building management.
• Strong knowledge in MEP, civil, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience managing contractors and construction projects is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
