Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall day to day management
  • Identify and schedule preparation activities, facilitate and verify processes
  • To plan and prepare for upcoming jobs including parts, information, personal hand tools, special OEM tools, and consumables to complete job.
  • Supervise and mentor team member to ensure compliance and enhance performance.
  • To ensure documentations of all work performed with all measurements and activities included.
  • Coordinate with other department, customer, ship owners, agents and shipyards for seamless operations.
  • Responsible to address customer’s requirements, complaints, resolve problems and complete work scopes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist and work together with commercial department to manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new potentials based on onsite experiences.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by analyzing performance report, managing budgets and training for continues improvement.
