Job summary
A leading Indonesian bank is offering a 7-month fast-track training program for the role of BAP Relationship Manager Priority. This program aims to develop young talent in revenue growth strategies, combining in-class learning and practical training. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience, possessing strong analytical and interpersonal skills. As a trainee, you will engage with potential priority customers and develop meaningful banking relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with max 2 years of experience.
- Interest in managing customer relationships and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills through a fast-track training program.

Job Description
The BAP Relationship Manager Priority (BAP RMP) is a 7 month fast-track training program aimed at developing top young talent to drive the bank's revenue growth. This program combines in-class learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship from subject matter experts. Trainees will be assigned to the Wealth Center, where they will focus on generating leads and building relationships with potential new Priority customers.
Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
- GPA min 2.75 of 4.00
- Fresh Graduates or max 2 years professional experience
- Good analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Target oriented and interested in sales role
- Enjoy networking and building relationships
