A leading fintech company is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with its vision and revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing digital marketing channels, conducting market research, and building partnerships within the crypto ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech or tech startups. Strong skills in digital marketing and strategic thinking are essential.
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company vision and revenue targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user insights to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
Plan and manage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, email marketing, content).
Develop key marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and awareness building.
Oversee brand identity consistency across all internal and external communications.
Manage content strategy across digital platforms (website, social media, blogs, community channels).
Coordinate corporate communication related to marketing activities, PR releases, and media relations.
Protect and enhance Gudang Kripto’s reputation, credibility, and market trust.
Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships (payment partners, communities, influencers, crypto ecosystems, merchants).
Develop institutional relationships (government, associations, crypto/blockchain networks).
Negotiate business terms, partnership agreements, and collaboration frameworks.
Build pipelines for revenue-generating BD opportunities.
Drive user acquisition strategies (referral programs, affiliate, influencers, community engagement).
Develop growth hacking initiatives to improve user activation, retention, and engagement.
Monitor CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
Set marketing KPIs and monitor the performance of campaigns and initiatives.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO tools).
Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing dashboards for management review.
Conduct ROI analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure alignment.
Ensure that all promotional and BD activities comply with fintech and OJK/ISO requirements.
Support internal teams with marketing materials, product knowledge, and communication campaigns.
Lead and mentor marketing and BD team members to achieve targets.
Manage performance appraisal, coaching, and capability development sessions.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding for marketing/BD roles.
Build high-performing and creative teams aligned with company culture and OKR.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
3–8 years of experience in marketing, business development, or growth roles; preferably in fintech, tech startups, digital platforms, or financial services.
Proven experience leading marketing teams and delivering measurable user acquisition/growth outcomes.
Experience in partnership development, digital marketing, and brand management.
Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Ads management).
Market research & competitive analysis.
Partnership negotiation and business proposal creation.
Understanding fintech, crypto, blockchain, and regulatory environment is a major plus.
