Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the TA team to support the recruitment process, including interviews, offers, onboarding preparation, etc., and with the business team to support employee movements, such as job evaluation, salary proposals, relocations, announcements, etc.
- You will collaborate with HR leaders on organizational effectiveness and change management efforts related to re-organizations and transformations. Support HR leaders in implementing capability building projects, such as competency guide implementation, career pathing, IDP follow-up, etc., and in managing performance cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- You will work with the talent management team to oversee reward and recognition programs for the plant organization, participate in engagement analysis, focus groups, and develop action plans in conjunction with business and HR leaders.
- You will ensure compliance with updated Labour Laws and legal employment affairs, advising managers, supervisors, and employees accordingly.
- You will collaborate with leadership on policy matters and MOU negotiations, working with legal counsel and other departments to prepare for and participate in negotiations.
- You will oversee the development, communication, and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures, and manage the performance appraisal cycle to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- You will coordinate manpower planning with functional leaders, control staffing levels within responsible areas, and support HR plans related to compensation and costs.
- You will monitor overtime within budget and compliance with regulations.
Primary Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent
- 6 to 8 years of HR management experience (Business Partnering, HR Service, CoE, Industrial Relations), with at least 3 years at managerial level
- Good knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law and related regulations
- Broad understanding of HR technical and functional components
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, including value-added perspective, financial awareness, and cost control
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
