Job summary

A leading property management company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to provide detailed layout drawings for leasing and fit-out teams. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least two years of related experience, and proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, and site measurement. Responsibilities include updating masterplans, creating improvement plans, and assisting teams with documentation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to building improvement projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree (S1) from Civil Engineering
• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in related field, preferably in property management / retail / mall
• Possesses knowledge of engineering design process
• Excellent knowledge of structure, interior, mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawings and making BOQ
• Skilled in Autocad, SketchUp, 3D image/Vray, PowerPoint, Photoshop, survey & site measurement
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Providing detailed layout drawing for the needs of leasing and fit out teams as well as site measurement drawing for legal team
• Creating drawing of development/improvement/revised plan of leased unit
• Creating drawing for renovation project/Building Improvement
• Updating masterplan drawing/as built drawing of the building in conjunction with architecture, interior as well as MEP as per update from related department
• Monthly consolidating with related department regarding updated as built drawing of the complex due to project done by Building Improvement team
• Maintaining document keeping: as built drawing of fit out tenants and as built drawing of the building
• Assisting Fit Out team to measure leased area to be handed over to tenants
• Weekly Working Plan: reporting progress & proposing approval to Design Coordinator
• Monthly report submission to GM of Fit Out & Building Improvement
• Assisting BM team in providing master plan drawing of MEP Installation
