- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and deliver appropriate product solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring alignment with tender requirements and customer needs.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and technical clarifications to support customer decision‑making.
- Manage customer accounts effectively to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and proper order processing.
- Monitor project status, outstanding quotations, and payment progress; provide regular reports to management.
- Handle negotiations with customers to secure orders and minimize penalties or risks.
- Support sales team operations, follow SOPs, and continuously develop product and industry knowledge.
- Willing to be assigned to Pekanbaru.
- Good command of English.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess a valid SIM A.
- Active, creative, with a positive attitude, and able to work effectively in a team.
