A leading technology group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced professional to shape system strategies for their Debt Management System and Auto-Dialer Platform. You will lead efforts to improve performance, oversee the end-to-end SDLC for voice solutions, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency within a high-pressure environment. Your strong analytical skills and innovative mindset will be crucial to drive impactful solutions that improve the collection ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the system and parameter strategy for our Debt Management System (CBOSS) and Auto‑Dialer Platform (Ameyo), supporting a large‑scale operation of around 700 desk collectors. You will lead problem‑solving for all voice‑related collection channels, including dialer, softphone and robocall, and ensure these channels run efficiently and effectively. You will also oversee the end‑to‑end SDLC for voice solutions to continuously improve contactability, performance and operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with operations, risk, product, engineering teams and external SaaS partners to deliver impactful, scalable solutions for our collection ecosystem.
The Collection Strategy Team is part of the Risk Department and plays a key role in shaping how we manage collections throughout the credit lifecycle. We are a data‑driven team focused on improving portfolio performance, customer experience and operational efficiency. The strategies we design directly impact the company’s financial health and help reduce risk, making our team an important partner in business decisions.
We work closely with data scientists, product managers, operations, legal teams and external partners to continuously improve our approach through testing, analytics and automation.
