Description du poste

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective tax strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and cross-border transactions.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all corporate tax returns.
Oversee tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions (local and international).
Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
Monitor updates and changes in tax regulations; assess their impact on the business and recommend process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper documentation for transfer pricing and intercompany transactions.
Lead, mentor, and develop the tax team.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance and Legal, as well as external tax advisors, to resolve complex tax issues.
Provide tax training and updates to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and awareness.
Perform other duties and lead special projects as assigned by company leadership.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in tax, preferably in multinational companies or Big Four accounting firms.
Strong expertise in corporate income tax, indirect tax, direct tax, and international tax.
Proven experience managing tax audits and working with tax authorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with tax reporting tools and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
