Manage employee attendance and maintain employee relations;
Manage HR files;
Support employee training and development;
Handle compliance matters.
Administrative Duties: Manage the office environment, procurement, and inventory of supplies; organize and archive documents and files; arrange meetings and events; optimize administrative processes.
Education Background: A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in administrative management or related fields.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administrative and HR work, with experience in the Indonesian market preferred.
Language Skills: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia. Fluent in Mandarin speaking is a must.
Professional Skills: Proficient in using office software. Familiarity with HR management systems is preferred.
Personal Qualities: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Meticulous, responsible, and with a strong sense of confidentiality. Strong learning and adaptability skills.
