Trade Marketing Manager – Head Office, Gading Serpong, Tangerang

Job Description
  1. Bridge Principal & Buyer: Localize principals’ toolkits (Trade & Consumer Promo, NPD) into buyer‑ready proposals; align with Sales for listing, slots, and event rights.
  2. Promo Calendar & Mechanics: Build buyer‑specific calendars (discount/bundle/GWP/sampling), set investment & cost‑ratio guardrails, and lock timelines, stock, and POSM.
  3. Budget & Claims Control: Track principal‑funded trade spend, accruals, and debit note/claim documentation; ensure on‑time submission, reconciliation, and collection; prevent leakage.
  4. Merchandising & POSM Logistics: Planogram compliance, VM standards per buyer; manage POSM/tester distribution from DC to store, deployment proofs, and recovery.
  5. Activation & Events: Orchestrate in‑store demos, roadshows, buyer fairs/live selling with BA Lead; secure permits, roster, and post‑event analysis (traffic, conversion, GMV).
  6. Availability & Demand: Translate promos into demand plans with Supply/Warehouse; guard OOS at DC/store, manage replenishment cadence, and tester availability.
  7. Data, Insights & Reporting: Consolidate sell‑out by buyer/store/SKU, post‑promo uplift, mix/cannibalization, competitor checks; deliver principal‑ready reports with evidence (photos, invoices, DN).
  8. Governance & Compliance: Enforce SOPs (promo setup, pricing adherence per buyer, sampling/tester controls, proof‑of‑performance), and audit cadence.
Qualifications
  1. 4–6+ years in Trade Marketing/Channel Marketing (beauty/FMCG/retail); experience with modern trade & buyer negotiations.
  2. Hands‑on with merchandising/VM, POSM production, and store activations/events.
  3. Advanced Excel/Sheets & dashboarding; comfortable with sell‑in/sell‑out data.
  4. Project leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management; field‑execution bias.
  5. Willing to travel across stores/events; comfortable with weekend/peak activations.
