A regional HR firm in Tangerang is seeking an HR Officer to manage the recruitment process and develop HR policies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in psychology or HR and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing benefits and compliance with local laws. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless & positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Developing and implementing personnel procedures and policies, along with providing guidance and interpretation to support business operations.
Participate in developing HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
Overseeing benefits, compensation, payroll administration and employee performance initiatives.
Suggest new procedures and policies for improving the employee experience and the efficiency of HR department and company.
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures as needed.
Managing employee engagement and workplace communication.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or related field.
Proven 1-2 years of working experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or in a similar role.
Possess excellent knowledge in all HR matters e.g. recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations. (inc. Salary scale and structure, absent recapitulation, pph 21, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan)
Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiar with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) would be an advantage. For instance - Mekari Talenta
