The PMO for the CEO Office is responsible for providing strategic guidance, project management expertise, and operational support to ensure the successful execution of critical initiatives aligned with the CEO's vision. This role serves as a key advisor to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and delivering high-impact outcomes within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define organizational goals, priorities, and strategies.
  • Translate the CEO's vision into actionable programs and projects with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and resource optimization.
  • Establish and manage project governance frameworks, ensuring consistent processes, tools, and methodologies are used across the organization.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with ongoing projects.
  • Facilitate decision-making by providing data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all projects initiated by the CEO Office.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and resource allocation.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate project status to stakeholders.
Requirements
