Job summary

A leading Indonesian manufacturer is seeking a Cost Accounting Supervisor to manage daily activities and conduct cost analyses. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting within manufacturing or EPC sectors. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting (preferably in manufacturing or EPC).
• Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Familiar with cost accounting systems (SAP / ERP / Accurate / Odoo / Oracle).
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Leadership experience in supervising cost accounting team.
• Experience in calculating standard cost and variance analysis.
• Familiar with PSAK related to inventory & project recognition.
• Able to create cost simulations and profit margin analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing related to cost accounting.
• Review inventory movement: raw material, WIP, finished goods, tools, and project materials.
• Provide cost reporting dashboards and recommendations to management.
