Qualifications
- Experience in Operations, RevOps, Business Systems, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience working with CRM / ERP systems.
- Experience using automation tools (no-code + light-code).
- Experience with AI in real operational environments.
- Experience in scale-ups or growing SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Review and redesign end-to-end business processes.
