We’re looking for a Creative Content Marketing Associate who’s a strong storyteller and deeply fluent in social content, especially LinkedIn, but who also enjoys contributing to broader content initiatives.
You’re execution first, internet‑native, and comfortable experimenting with formats, narratives, and channels. You’ll work closely with founders, growth, and internal teams to bring FlexiRoam’s voice to life across social, video, and long‑form content.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on ownership, fast feedback loops, and real exposure to how content drives trust and B2B pipeline.
Own and grow FlexiRoam’s social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
Experiment with new post formats, narratives, and emerging social trends to continuously evolve our approach.
Turn raw inputs (voice notes, bullet points, Looms, Notion docs) into polished social posts.
Track engagement and performance to inform iteration and improvement.
Help drive FlexiRoam’s video content strategy, especially short‑form and social‑native video.
Create or coordinate videos that can be distributed across:
Repurpose video content into multiple formats to maximize reach.
Shape how FlexiRoam founders and leaders show up on LinkedIn.
Repurpose insights, customer wins, and product updates into executive‑style content.
Maintain a lightweight content cadence and posting rhythm.
Coordinating interviews with internal or external stakeholders.
Drafting and editing written content.
Managing feedback cycles and approvals.
Help turn case studies into social and sales‑ready assets.
Build content that boosts FlexiRoam’s employer brand.
Write bylines with teammates highlighting:
Help spin up recurring content series that spotlight employees and culture.
Help improve FlexiRoam’s visibility in AI search and discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.
Brainstorm content ideas and distribution tactics that increase brand presence in AI‑generated answers and recommendations.
Brainstorm and test new content ideas and mediums.
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, drafting, editing, and repurposing.
Stay curious about how content performs across platforms and discovery channels.
Salary Range: IDR 7,000,000 - IDR 15,000,000
