- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the job market.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably with strong experience in technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent
