Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Familiar with or able to quickly adapt to CRM or other IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Record and manage daily financial transactions.
  • Handle invoicing for client transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with tax documentation and audit preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial data.

Proficient in English
