The Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment and has experience recruiting for frontline and support roles within community, health or disability services.

You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard the right people while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.

  • Advertise roles, screen applications and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct reference checks and pre-employment compliance checks

About You

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR (agency or in-house)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
  • Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. right to work, background checks)
  • A people-focused, professional and solutions-oriented approach
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience in disability, health, aged care or not-for-profit sectors
  • Knowledge of SCHADS Award or similar industrial instruments
  • HR or recruitment-related qualifications
