Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing real paid ads budgets.
• Comfortable with CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics.
• Experience in auditing and turning around campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Audit active campaign performance across multiple platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks in audience, creative, funnel setup, and tracking.
• Rebuild and optimize priority campaigns from setup to creative direction.
• Provide data-driven, concise, and actionable recommendations.
