We\'re looking for a Production Supervisor (Factory New Product Development) to spearhead the crucial transition of our innovative products from R&D into efficient, high-volume factory production. You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and leading the seamless integration of new product developments into our mass-production processes. A key aspect of your work will involve orchestrating and overseeing trials of new products directly on the factory floor. You\'ll work collaboratively with our R&D, Engineering, Production Planning, and Production teams to define and optimize production parameters, ensuring a stable and reliable manufacturing process. Beyond new product introduction, you\'ll also lead initiatives focused on continuous product quality improvement within the factory, driving excellence and efficiency across our production lines.

• Prepare, coordinate, and lead the integration of new product developments into mass production.
• Orchestrate and oversee trials of new products on the factory floor.
• Define and optimize production parameters in collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Production Planning, and Production teams.
• Drive continuous product quality improvement across production lines.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical or related).
• Proven experience in new product trials within the food/beverage industry.
• Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to be based in Karawang Barat.
