Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee, you will learn all aspects within Freight Forwarding operations, including multi products: Airfreight, Ocean Freight, Custom Clearance, Value Added Service and Industrial Project. Your key tasks will include:

• Learn and manage the process, roles & responsibilities in the assigned department by following learning & development programs implemented.
• Support operational plans and processes to achieve business growth and profitability in alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Develop knowledge and skills within the allocated department and deliver strong results at the end of the traineeship program assessment.
• Lead and execute impactful improvement projects.

Stakeholder Engagement

In this role, you will:

• Learn different products within DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia from stakeholders across the organization.
• Influence others within your job area by clearly explaining facts, policies, and practices.
• Support and interact with senior colleagues across various teams.
• Develop a network of contacts to strengthen your organizational, product, and market knowledge.
• Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain positive work relationships.
