Job Purpose

As a Supervisor of The Retail Team in charge of Retail Channel, in order to enhance sales productivity, this role involves planning and managing sales activities of Retailer Channels, advancing sales activities, and facilitating field execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect data related to geographical, cultural and demographic conditions (age range, profession, gender and culture) from targeted sales area to market the product.
  • Establish measurement targets for each sales period (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
  • Discover new customers (Coverage Extensions).
  • Update and leverage sales activity assistance sheets.
  • Manage same-day sales proceeds for each sales activity.
  • Facilitate Field Execution.
  • Diagnose the operation of sales activities based on plan and strengthen salesmen\'s capabilities.
  • Provide comprehensive status diagnosis & reporting (Performance, Field monitoring, Collection of information).
  • Carry out authorization function in the sales area as regulated in the document of Authorization Level.
  • Supervise all activities in the sales area to comply with applicable procedures.
