Overview
The PIC Agent Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing the performance of all sales agents to ensure sales targets are achieved in a structured, disciplined, and consistent manner.
Responsibilities
- A. Agent Coordination & Management: Manage and maintain the sales agent database (active, inactive, performance tracking). Assign agents to specific projects, clusters, or sales campaigns. Organize and supervise: Site visits, Open houses, Sales gatherings. Ensure agents comply with sales SOPs, ethics, and company policies.
- B. Sales Performance & Target Monitoring: Set monthly sales targets per agent. Monitor: Incoming leads, Follow-up activities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Identify agents who need: Coaching, Performance improvement, Warnings or deactivation.
- C. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions: Product knowledge, Pricing and payment schemes, Sales presentation and closing techniques. Handle onboarding for new agents, including: Marketing materials, Commission structure and payout rules. Provide field coaching to underperforming agents. Coordinate the distribution of: Pricelists, Promotional updates. Ensure all agents use consistent brand messaging and positioning. Prevent misinformation, unauthorized pricing, or promises beyond company policy.
- D. Administration & Legal Coordination: Ensure completeness of sales documents: Purchase forms. Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams. Verify sales transactions for commission approval and payment processing.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in property sales or agency management
- Strong leadership with a firm, disciplined, and structured approach
- Highly organized with strong reporting and monitoring skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems (preferred)
