Product Manager (Community)
Job summary
An Indonesian securities company is seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead the optimization of their app's community features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhancing user experience and utilizing AI tools for personalization. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in community platforms, a strong grasp of product design, and is passionate about financial markets. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in internet products or community platforms.
- Strong understanding of product design and growth frameworks.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical and content teams.
- Extensive experience with AI tools for optimization.
- Passionate about investing, with familiarity with financial markets.
- Ability to work in Chinese is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and optimization of community product features.
- Collect and present financial news within the app.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams for improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify product opportunities.
- Define metrics and analyze product performance.
Skills
- Lead the planning, design, and optimization of the Securities App's community and forum product features.
- Collect, organize, and present financial news intelligently within the app, integrating it into product experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to improve user experience and feature adoption.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance personalization, content distribution, and community interactions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities and refine community strategies.
- Define metrics, analyze product performance, and drive data-informed improvements.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in internet products, community platforms, fintech, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of product design, user engagement strategies, and growth frameworks.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and content teams.
- Extensive experience with AI tools for product optimization and content delivery.
- Passionate about stock and fund investing; familiarity with financial markets is a plus.
- Ability to work in Chinese as a working language is preferred.
