Tax Accounting Assistant Manager - Manufacturing - Cikarang (C-125541)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Tax Accounting Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly and annual tax returns (PPN, PPh Pasal 21/23/25/26, PPh Badan).
• Ensure timely submission of all tax filings.
• Conduct monthly tax reconciliations between accounting records and tax reports.
• Oversee VAT refund/credit processes, including preparation, submission, and audit support.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
• Manage communication and data preparation for tax audits, tax objections, and appeals.
• Develop and implement tax policies and SOPs in line with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management and HQ.
• Provide required financial and tax documents during internal audits and external financial audits.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Accounting Tax Assistant Manager in the manufacturing industries.
• Held Tax Brevet A and B.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK.
• Strong problem‑solving skills: tough, resilient, quick, capable of handling complex challenges and rapidly adjusting to shifting priorities.
