About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Domestic Freight Forwarding operations in Surabaya, East Java. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Surabaya branch, ensuring the seamless delivery of logistics solutions to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage the Surabaya branch, including overseeing staff, operations, and financial performance
• Develop and implement effective strategies to grow the branch's domestic freight forwarding business
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the local market
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development support to the branch team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Branch Manager or senior leadership role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Have basic experience from Sales / Strong in Sales
• Proven track record of successfully managing a domestic freight forwarding operation, with a focus on driving growth and operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Thorough understanding of domestic freight forwarding operations, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance
