A design consultancy firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with at least 10 years of relevant experience in workplace, hospitality, and institutional projects. Candidates must possess strong design presentation skills, technical knowledge in building services, and construction knowledge. Proficiency in English is required for this role. This position offers an opportunity to work on high-level design projects and involves client interaction and site experience.
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with the following qualifications:
Relevant Architectural or Interior Design Degree – minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Workplace, Hospitality and Institutional projects.
Strong design presentation skills (visual & communication) and technical knowledge in building services.
Strong construction knowledge of interior design details, working drawings and local construction practices including materials.
Tactful handling of clients and contractors/sub‑contractors.
Site experience required.
Rendering skill will be a plus.
Specialty in workplace strategy will be a strong plus.
Proficiency in English (prerequisite).
