In this role, you will help design, build, and scale a new generation of AI-powered data products that transform complex, real-world data into actionable insights. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will apply advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied AI techniques to solve meaningful customer problems at scale. Your work will directly shape how global teams understand product quality, user experience, and business impact. This is a highly hands‑on role with significant ownership and influence across the AI roadmap. You will operate in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment that values experimentation, rigor, and collaboration. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI-driven data products in partnership with engineering and product leadership.
• Explore, analyze, and model large‑scale, complex datasets using statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
• Prototype, validate, and productionize models, collaborating with engineering teams to deploy and scale solutions.
• Research and apply advanced methods in areas such as natural language processing, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
• Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights that drive customer understanding and decision‑making.
• Continuously evaluate, monitor, and improve model performance with a focus on accuracy, fairness, and scalability.
• Contribute to the evolution of data science standards, tools, and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience applying end‑to‑end machine learning and statistical modeling to real‑world, production systems, ideally within SaaS or data‑driven products.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands‑on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven expertise in NLP, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, anomaly detection, and training models from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of data wrangling, feature engineering, and working with large, complex datasets.
• Practical experience with large and small language models, including architecture, fine‑tuning techniques, and deployment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain full ML pipelines and MLOps workflows, from training to monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents or multi‑agent systems in production environments with robust APIs.
• Solid skills in SQL, data visualization, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong curiosity, business acumen, collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a passion for mentorship and continuous learning.
