A leading training and development firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Leadership Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for various levels of leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with 3-5 years of experience in leadership training and development. Strong facilitation, communication skills, and proficiency in English are required. This role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for continuous growth and professional development.
Design and deliver high-impact leadership training programs for supervisors, managers, and senior leaders.
Develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, simulations, and learning modules.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify leadership competency gaps and align training with business goals.
Facilitate workshops on communication, coaching, decision-making, performance management, team development, and other leadership topics.
Provide one-on-one or small-group coaching to support continuous leadership growth.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with HRBPs and department heads to ensure programs meet organizational needs.
Manage training schedules, participant engagement, and logistical preparation.
Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
