EMERHUB is seeking a Social Media Specialist responsible for curating and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include developing content, managing platforms, analyzing metrics, hosting, drafting proposals, meeting minutes, and handling ad hoc tasks.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, creativity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for social media trends is essential.

1. Assist in managing and updating social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
2. Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
3. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and conversations relevant to our brand.
4. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
5. Collaborate with team members on social media campaigns and initiatives.
6. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
