Job summary

A leading company in the restaurant industry is seeking a Project Staff to manage design-related projects for restaurant outlets. You will coordinate with marketing teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects, prepare technical documents, and monitor progress on-site. A minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1 year of related experience is required. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in design or project-related roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Willing to conduct outlet visits or site inspections when required.

Project Staff

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate design-related projects for restaurant outlets, including renovations, new store openings, booths/events, and signage.

Collaborate with operations, marketing teams, and external vendors (contractors, designers, printing vendors) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and design files required for project execution.

Monitor project progress on-site and ensure results meet brand standards and design specifications.

Handle design revisions based on operational needs and management direction.

Prepare project progress reports, design documentation, and administrative tasks.

Ensure all design outputs support brand identity and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in design or project-related roles (experience in F&B industry is a plus).
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Drawing 2D/3D, MEP, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of interior materials, restaurant layouts, and F&B operational flow.
• Good communication & coordination skills, strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work with deadlines.
• Willing to conduct outlet visits or site inspections when required.
